Van De Velde designs, produces and sells luxurious women’s lingerie and swimwear under its own brand names.
Founded in 1919 in Belgium by Achiel and Margaret Van de Velde. Van De Velde is still family run and conducts all its activities in Belgium: design and product development, prototypes and fitting models, purchasing, quality control of incoming materials, fabric cutting, final check, administration, distribution, sales and marketing. Although a lot of the work to create their garments are conducted in Belgium the products are manufactured in Tunisia, Thailand and China.
